  • 1 Level | Up to 3 Rooms – hand-sketched/CAD

  • General Site Plan– colored

  • One Floor Plan – black & white CAD (similar to your agency’s floorplans)

  • Includes – one site visit (within a 15–20 minute drive)

  • Price: $600

Duration: Approximately 4 hours at a discounted rate of $150/hour

02 \ Package 2 – Concept Design for Larger Homes includes:

  • Designs for homes with over 3 bedrooms and multi-level concepts (hand-sketched/CAD)

  • Coloured general site plan

  • Black & white full internal CAD plans

  • 3D sketch views for enhanced visualization (potentially in watercolours)

  • One site visit within a 15–20 minute drive

Total cost: $1000 for approximately 8 hours of work.
