Emerging through the design of a coastal home overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Sabbia Residence explores the dialogue between art, interiors and materiality. The project unfolds through interconnected collections inspired by reflected light, weathered stone and the shifting rhythms of the sea, allowing painting and interior design to evolve as a single creative process.
Sabbia Residence emerged through the design of a coastal apartment overlooking Freshwater Beach, Sydney. Conceived as a multidisciplinary collection, it explores the relationship between art, architecture, and interiors.
This Private Room presents three interconnected bodies of work.
Le Maree explores the rhythm of the tides through layered gestures and mineral tones.
Luce Riflessa investigates reflected light across water through monochromatic compositions.
Acqua & Sassi is a collection of handcrafted ceramic vessels and tableware inspired by the meeting of water and stone.
Together, these works reflect memory, materiality, and place as an extension of the architecture itself.
