I have always been curious about the way a place stays with me.

Not through its appearance alone, but through the atmosphere it leaves behind. A particular quality of light. The quiet weight of stone beneath our feet. Salt carried by the wind. A room that feels calm before we understand why. Long after leaving, these moments continue to surface, shaping the way I create and the way I think about the spaces we inhabit.

My practice begins there.

Every collection starts by feeling a place rather than trying to represent it. Sometimes that place is a landscape, sometimes an interior, sometimes a memory that has quietly matured over time…the flying of the soul above the clouds.

Rather than documenting what I see, I am interested in what remains. Through painting, sculptures, and installation, I gradually distil those impressions into compositions that speak less about a location itself than about the emotional landscape it leaves behind.

Alongside my artistic practice, I work as an interior designer. I don't experience these as separate disciplines.

Designing an interior and making a work begin in much the same way: through observation, listening, and allowing a space to reveal its own character. Each interior becomes a site-specific composition where material, art, objects, and atmosphere are composed together.

Born in Rome and now based in Sydney, my work is shaped by the dialogue between two landscapes. Italy gave me a deep appreciation for history, craftsmanship, and harmonious proportion; Australia taught me to notice light, openness, and the quiet beauty of the natural world. Between them lies an ongoing search for balance, where the raw and the refined exist together, and where expansive landscapes dissolve into intimate interiors.

Each collection marks another chapter in an evolving practice, translating the feeling of a place into new forms and experiences.
